Jared Glover
Managing Partner & General Contractor
Jared Glover is the Founder, Managing Partner, and General Contractor of the Alliance Group. In this role, Mr. Glover is responsible for all activities related to new construction, investment sourcing, and transaction execution. He is a licensed General Contractor and Realtor in the state of Arkansas.
Mr. Glover has over ten years of professional experience in real estate construction, investments, and property management. His primary concentration is on ground-up development, with a particular focus on leveraging new residential construction for both build-to-sell and build-for-rent investment properties. Execution of this multi-pronged strategy has generated outsized returns for Alliance Group and its clients by delivering steady cashflow in the near-term along with long-term appreciation.
Prior to Alliance Group, Mr. Glover held financial, strategic, and project directing roles at Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Cisco Systems. He is also a co-founder and general partner of Twin Oaks Investment Group. Mr. Glover has an MBA from Brigham Young University and an MS in Leadership from John Brown University. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute for the Northwest Arkansas district council.
Jared spends much of his time with his wife Tia and their three children, whether it be participating in community events, attending school functions, enjoying the lake, or worshipping at church.
